Please complete the group registration form to its entirety. Once an event is sold out, no additional participants will be registered.

A credit card number is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Payment is only taken if the event meets the minimum number of attendees. Payment will then be processed 2 weeks prior to the event date and a notification will be sent via e-mail. If the overnight does not have enough attendees it will be cancelled, you will not be charged and we will try to accommodate another overnight date for you.
LEGOLAND Discovery Center reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. If your event is cancelled, you will be notified by phone 2 weeks prior to the event date. No refund will be given for cancellations made by your group less than 14 days before your overnight date.
Refunds will not be given for individual cancellations within your group. If an individual in your group cancels, it is the responsibility of the group to find a replacement.
We offer a price reduction for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Annual Pass members. Please be sure to mention if you or any group attendees are a member when you register. Groups may submit a tax exempt letter along with the registration form.
Participants must be at least six years old. Group overnights are designed for community based groups with young people ages 6 -12 years old. Groups must register and pre-pay for all the people that will be attending 14 days prior to the overnight date.
As a service to you, we send out updated information and important notices relating the event you registered for. E-mail is the fastest and easiest way we can communicate with all program participants.
