To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door are required to make a reservation. By making a reservation, we are giving you the flexibility to plan your day.
Upon your arrival to the Center, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation. During peak times, there will be a host present to assist you. Please have your confirmation available and the host will direct you into the attraction to start your day! If you have not reserved a ticket online, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Have Tickets' line when your reservation arrives. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online.
Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at the Center.
Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners. Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well. Unreserved tickets enter the Center as soon as possible when there are open reservations.
To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. There are 15 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction. This creates a better experience for all our guests!
During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Center. The first experience in the Center is a live show that takes approximately 15 minutes. Guests may need to wait in line until the next show beings during thier reservation time.
Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.
