Our age appropriate workshops incorporate LEGO Education to create a unique learning experience and hands-on environment that increases student engagement. The workshops are designed to bring math, science, engineering and language to life and encourage skills in communication, collaboration, critical-thinking and problem solving.

SCHOOL-YEAR RATES: $8 per student | $10 per adult

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas/Fort Worth understands the importance of preparing students for the future world. For this reason, our STEAM courses are hands-on and utilize the LEGO® Education BricQ Motion Essential set, a tool that’s helpful in improving children's understanding of forces and interactions.

These workshops are ideal for kids from K to the 5th grade. They typically take 30 minutes and meet the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills requirements

If you wish to pay with a check, please submit a Booking Request and someone from the LEGOLAND Discovery Center team will contact you. Checks must be mailed in one week prior to your visit date.

Paying with credit card:

If you wish to pay with a credit card, select the 'Book Now' button below! After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. If your school is tax exempt, you may not use a credit card. Please see below for more information for tax exempt organizations.

If your school is tax exempt, you must submit a Booking Request and attach the tax exemption form.

How to reserve your trip:

Reservations are required 2 weeks in advance.
If paying with a credit card please book your reservation online through the orange "Book Online Now" button and for tax exempt schools, book through the "Click Here" link below.
If you are paying with a check please submit a Booking Request and a booking coordinator will get back to you within 72 hours.
Check payment is due 2 weeks prior to your visit. No personal checks allowed.
All prices are subject to tax unless providing a tax exempt form.
LEGO Education Workshops are not offered during school breaks including spring break, summer or holidays.

Important field trip information:

Schools are welcomed Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m
Minimum number of students required to receive school pricing is 10.
Minimum number of students required to schedule a workshop is 20.
Due to space restrictions inside our Center, outside food or bagged lunches are not permitted.
Groups should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow time for the group leader to check in and our staff time to organize the group and go over any necessary rules for the day.
Larger groups are divided into smaller group segments and entry is staggered to avoid congestion in the Exhibit Area and satisfy capacity regulations.
Buses may drop and collect guests at Entry 5; we do ask however that buses park only in the designated bus parking area located in the outer perimeter of the parking lot near AMC Theaters.
