To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online (while receiving special online discounts on select days)!
We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.
We do not allow outside food or beverage, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.
LEGOLAND Discovery Center encourages guests to enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as coffee beverages and ice cold sodas in our Cafe.

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center who are trained in first aid.

We ask all our guests to observe high standards of personal hygiene while visiting LEGOLAND Discovery Center. There are simple things you can do to help prevent the spread of the virus, including:
- Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
- Putting used tissues in the bin immediately
- Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitizer gel
- Trying to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
Throughout LEGOLAND Discovery Center, we have placed additional hand sanitizers in convenient locations for guests, and we politely ask that you use them regularly.
If you do feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff immediately – maintaining a safe distance of six feet where possible.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time.

Walk-Up Purchase
- If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be able to purchase tickets for the next available time slot.
- Please note, during peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online.
When booking your ticket you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry in to the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!

Yes, we do. Simply show your valid military ID to receive 20% OFF the standard, walk-up admission price. This offer is valid for you and 5 other guests.
Please note that you must show a valid military ID at the Admission Desk at the time of your visit in order to use your Military Saver tickets. Not valid with any other discount, including online tickets and combination tickets.
We strive to keep all our experiences and rides open during your visit, but this is subject to change without notice as they may be unavailable for unscheduled reasons.
Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website, at our Center or from a third party.
Unreserved tickets are those bought on the day of your visit using a coupon or discount at the door. Also, guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well. Unreserved tickets enter the Center as soon as possible when there are open reservations.
To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. Our reservation times help to control capacity in the attraction. This creates a better experience for all our guests!
During peak times, you may experience a short wait in line as guests enter the Center.
Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will still be able to enter the attraction, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.
All adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction (with the exception of Adult Fans of LEGO Nights).
Annual Pass Holders
Yes, you may use your annual pass for entry to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester, following the terms and conditions set at the time of purchase and the general terms and conditions of LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester.
Gift Tickets
Yes, you can still use any gift ticket that was issued before 28th February, 2026, provided the ticket is still valid according to its terms.
Merlin's Magic Wand Foundation tickets issued prior to February 28, 2026, will be accepted at LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and LEGO Discovery Center sites under the terms and conditions that applied at the time of issuance, along with the terms and conditions of the specific LEGOLAND Discovery Center or LEGO Discovery Center site where the ticket will be used.
LEGO® Insider Program and Store Gift Cards
Currently, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester store does not operate the LEGO® Insider program. As a result, earning and redeeming points at this location are not available for now. However, we expect this to change, so please stay tuned for future updates.
At this time, LEGO® gift cards purchased from LEGO.com or LEGO Stores cannot be used at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester Store. We understand this may be disappointing, and we are actively working to enable the use of LEGO® gift cards at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester Store in the future.
