LEGOLAND Arizona's accessibility program is designed to accommodate guests with a variety of disabilities, including mobility, visual, and hearing impairments. The center offers a variety of services and facilities to help guests with disabilities have a fun and enjoyable experience, including accessible parking and rides.

Accessible Attractions and Rides at LEGOLAND Arizona

The majority of LEGOLAND Arizona's attractions and rides are accessible to guests with disabilities. Some of the most popular attractions that are accessible to guests with disabilities include:

  • Kingdom Quest: This interactive dark ride takes guests on an adventure through a castle filled with LEGO knights and dragons.
  • Merlin's Apprentice: This interactive ride lets kids control a LEGO Merlin's Apprentice wizard's hat and soar through the air. The more you pedal, the higher you go!
  • LEGO Factory Tour: This interactive exhibit teaches guests how LEGO bricks are made.
  • Master Builder Academy: This hands-on workshop teaches guests how to build their own LEGO creations.
  • 4D Movie Theater: This theater shows short films in 4D, which means guests will feel the wind, rain, and snow as they watch the movie.

LEGOLAND Arizona offers a variety of resources to help visitors with disabilities plan their visit. The center has a Guest Services team that can help guests with disabilities request accommodations in advance.     • Guests must be able to transfer into the ride chariot without assistance.
  • LEGO Factory Tour

    • Wheelchair accessible podium
    • Not recommended for guests with light sensitivity. ADA compliant bypass door available for those that do not wish to participate.
  • Merlin's Apprentice
    • Guests must be able to transfer into the ride cart without assistance
    • Ride contains occasional strobe effects
  • 4D Cinema
    • Scripts available
    • Designated wheelchair seating
    • Movies contain sudden noises, bright flashes of light, and water effects
  • LEGO City Soft Play
    • Second level is not wheelchair accessible

Other information:

  • A walk-up complimentary ticket is available for licensed ADA caregivers that accompany a person with a disability into LEGOLAND Discovery Center
  • Service animals are welcomed in most locations throughout the facility. Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride.
  • Accessible hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the attraction
  • Ramps are located throughout the attraction
