- Guests must be able to transfer into the ride cart without assistance
- Ride contains occasional strobe effects

- Designated wheelchair seating
- Movies contain sudden noises, bright flashes of light, and water effects
- LEGO City Soft Play
- Second level is not wheelchair accessible
Other information:
- A walk-up complimentary ticket is available for licensed ADA caregivers that accompany a person with a disability into LEGOLAND Discovery Center
- Service animals are welcomed in most locations throughout the facility. Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride.
- Accessible hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the attraction
- Ramps are located throughout the attraction
