Schools can add-on a 30 minute age-appropriate workshop, which incorporates LEGO® Education lessons to create a unique curriculum-linked STEAM learning experience in a hands-on environment that increases student engagement.

Inspire your students' imaginations with educational play that harnesses the limitless creative possibilities of LEGO® bricks! Discount rates are available for organized, local school groups serving children K-5 grade and show proof of school ID at check in.

LEGO Education Workshop - Add-On Experience
Our workshops incorporate the LEGO® Education BricQ Motion Essential set to engage students in the exploration of physical science and help foster an understanding of forces, motion, and interactions by providing easy hands-on learning experiences.
- Grade Level: K - 5th Grade
- Price: $3 per student
- Duration: 30-45 minutes
- Capacity: 40 students, children work in groups of 2-4
- Subjects Covered: STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics

ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS:
If using our Online Booking Portal, Credit Card Payment is taken at the time of booking. If your school is tax exempt, please purchase your tickets here. Please email your tax-exempt form to Columbus@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com after your online booking purchase.
- Step 1: Choose your preferred visit date.
- Step 2: Choose number of students. (1 adult free for every 5 students will automatically get added to your cart)
- Step 3: Choose your arrival time & continue to your cart.
- Step 4: Choose the "Workshops" tab from the top menu to add a LEGO Education workshop to your field trip and be sure to select the same day as school visit date.
- Step 5: Confirm cart details and make payment.
Submit a Field Trip Request:
If you would like to pay by company check, all reservations must go through our booking coordinator. Please submit a request and we will get back to you within 5 business days. Please note, the request form does not guarantee your field trip date is available.

- Schools must show proof of organization affiliation at check-in.
- Reservations are required a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. If you want to book for a date sooner than 14 days please reach out to our guest service team before booking.
- Groups are welcomed Monday - Friday only.
- Minimum number of guests required to receive group pricing is 15.
- Due to space restrictions inside our Center, outside food or bagged lunches are not permitted. If you need to book over a meal period and will require stepping out of the Center for lunch or would like to explore purchasing food at the Center, please reach out to our guest service team to discuss options.
