Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at LEGOLAND Discovery Center.

Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners. Guests with unreserved tickets may visit at any time during our operating hours and will be admitted at the next available timeslot.

We can still admit you up to two hours after your entry time and will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.

All adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction (with the exception of Adult Fans of LEGO Nights). 

You can change your own ticket time using our online Re-booking Portal. 

Please note: our tickets have different pricing based on the date and time you selected to visit, and you are able to change your tickets using the link above to a similarly priced date/time.

 

If you're having trouble using the Re-booking Portal above, you may request a date change up to 36 hours before your original visit date/time by contacting us at: Sanantonio@legodiscoverycenter.com

  • Include your order confirmation number (usually starts with a "6")
  • Specify a new visit date and time for us to check into

If it's already the day of your visit and you need to come at a different time, we'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible at that time. We may not be able to accommodate the change during busy periods like weekends & holidays due to capacity limitations.

No, you do not need to print your tickets. We encourage you to select "Print@Home and Mobile Ticket" to receive digital tickets on your electronic device.

No! The timeslot you select to visit is your arrival time to LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio. You're welcome to visit SEA LIFE any time within the next 14 days. The average family spends 60-90 minutes at SEA LIFE and 2-3 hours at LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Please see each attraction's website for complete hours of operation.

To redeem a valid coupon code or promotional code, click on the "Promotional Code" tab of our online ticketing window and enter in the code. Then, you can continue purchasing your discounted tickets.

Note: In order to redeem your discounted tickets, you must bring the coupon with you and hand it in to the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Admissions Desk.
