You can change your own ticket time using our online Re-booking Portal.
Please note: our tickets have different pricing based on the date and time you selected to visit, and you are able to change your tickets using the link above to a similarly priced date/time.
If you're having trouble using the Re-booking Portal above, you may request a date change up to 36 hours before your original visit date/time by contacting us at: BayArea@legodiscoveryCenter.com
- Include your order confirmation number (usually starts with a "6")
- Specify a new visit date and time for us to check into
If it's already the day of your visit and you need to come at a different time, we'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible at that time. We may not be able to accommodate the change during busy periods like weekends & holidays due to capacity limitations.
All adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction (with the exception of Adult Fans of LEGO Nights).
No worries if you are running a little early or late. There is a 30 minute grace period and we are always willing to work with you if you are running too late.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on admission tickets. If you cannot make the day you purchased your tickets for, we will be happy to switch it to another date. Leave us a message at BayArea@LEGODiscoveryCenter.com with your order/confirmation number and your new requested date & time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
