All guests age 2 (two) and up require a ticket to enter the attraction. We encourage families to explore our attraction together.

Children age 1 (one) and under are free. If the online ticket package doesn't prompt you to add a free ticket for them, we'll add one for you at the door when you arrive. 

You can change your own ticket time using our online Re-booking Portal 

Please note: our tickets have different pricing based on the date and time you selected to visit, and you are able to change your tickets using the link above to a similarly priced date/time.

If you're having trouble using the Re-booking Portal above, you may request a date change up to 36 hours before your original visit date/time by contacting us at: KC@legodiscoverycenter.com

• Specify a new visit date and time for us to check into

If it's already the day of your visit and you need to come at a different time, we'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible at that time. We may not be able to accommodate the change during busy periods like weekends & holidays due to capacity limitations.

Promotional codes apply to LEGOLAND Discovery Center general admission tickets only. They are not valid on COMBO tickets.

If you're on a Mobile Device

1. Click 'Buy Now' on our Admission ticket
2. Once the online ticketing window has popped up (and you see the ticket calendar), select the 'Hamburger Menu' in the top-left corner of the screen
3. Enter your Promotional Code at the top of the menu where it says 'Enter Promotional Code' and hit the magnifying glass

If you're on a Desktop Computer

1. Click 'Buy Now' on any of our Admission tickets
2. Once the online ticketing window pops up (and you see the ticket calendar), select the 'Promotional Code' tab
3. Enter your Promotional Code and click 'Submit'

PLEASE NOTE: THE PHYSICAL COUPON WILL NEED TO BE TURNED IN UPON CHECK IN UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE COUPON.  Coupon codes from third party deal sites are not redeemable for promotional tickets. 

If you have a ticket without a scheduled entry time like our Gift Ticket with flexible entry or a complimentary ticket, you do not need to schedule a visit time. Be sure to check out our opening times on our website before you visit. Then just enter the line when you arrive with your tickets in-hand.

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time. All tickets must be scanned to enter the Center. 

Yes, adults must be accompanied by at least one child (age 17 or younger) in their party to enter. The attraction is best suited for children ages 3-10.

For Adult Fans of LEGO (who do not have children), we host exclusive adults only evenings with additional activities, programming and competitions to enhance the experience for older guests.

Yes, military discounts are available online only for general admission tickets. Our website will redirect you through ID.me to verify your military status during the checkout process.

Discounted tickets are not available at walk up, they are available online only. 

Yes, ADA Caregivers do require a ticket to accompany a person with a disability to LEGOLAND Discovery Center. We do offer a discounted ticket at walk-up for licensed ADA caregivers.

No, you do not have to visit both attractions in the same day. The timeslot you select to visit is your arrival time to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City. You're welcome to visit SEA LIFE any time within 30 days of your initial visit.

The average family spends 45-60 minutes at SEA LIFE Kansas City and 2-3 hours at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City. Please see each attraction's website for complete hours of operation and last entry time for the attraction. 

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City is only able to provide tickets to a limited number of charities a month. If your donation request is selected your will be contacted with more information.

REQUESTS MUST INCLUDE:

• Information about the organization
• When the donation is needed by
• Date, time and location of event
• How the donation will be used (silent auction, live auction, raffle or door prize)
• Organization contact (name, phone number, email, mailing address)

Please Note:

• Organizations are limited to 4 (four) LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City regular single day Admission tickets per request.
• Organizations affiliated with political groups, religious groups, or controversial causes will not be eligible.
• Individuals, incentives programs, high school and college programs, sports teams and social groups will not be eligible.
